Situation report
There’s nothing a some time in the woods to really clear your mind. After less than 24 hours camping, I came back with a fresh perspective on everything from web design to school work to banana bread baking. You can already see the leaps and bounds the web page has come. My school work, now one week into the fall term, isn’t as hectic as I though it would be. Three of my classes are due on Thursdays, one on Saturdays, and two on Sundays. This is a good thing because I don’t end up doing six classes worth of work at midnight on the last day. I’ve unfortunately hit a few snags in two classes, but my instructors are doing a great job in helping me out in understanding the circumstances. Now as for the banana bread… I tried some. I promptly threw it away after a single bite. Another Marine had a piece when he got off mids the other day and said it was the best thing he’s ever tasted. Best ever?! He needs serious medical attention then. We laid the remainder of the banana bread to rest this morning. Good bye and good riddance. Attempt #2 is in the works.
Due to my hectic schedule as of late, I’ve decided to eliminate some frivolous aspects of my daily routine to streamline my day. Showering and wearing clothes are two things getting nixed. There’s just not enough time for personal appearance maintenance or hygiene issues. I’m sure everyone will understand.
I’ve also decided that I’m not going to change the world with this web site. I originally had pretty high expectations. I may include a few, brief, deeply rooted writings on the duality of man or my latest work out routine, but nothing more complicated. If I thought anyone would participate, I’d open a discussion forum for all the hot topics of the day. I’d moderate with a fair and just hand.
I think John Hurley as right. I think I need psychiatric help.
To Zuli: Hong Kong is in the southern part of China. Here’s a map for reference. I hope this helps.
