Two story home FAIL

Two story home FAIL

The inaugural FAIL photo is that of a trailer home on cinder blocks and stilts that Lilly I found on the road to Edisto Beach, South Carolina. If you ever get the chance to visit Edisto Beach, avoid it at all costs because it’s lame as hell.

Feel free to make your own FAIL comments to this photo. A few Lilly and I were considering were:

Flood prevention FAIL
Split level home FAIL
Penthouse suite FAIL

Use your imagination!

Maybe not a banging Island for barking at the moon but it was a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful place to take the black EYE off SC.

  2. Julia says:

Edisto is not the ideal living area but you saw a small section of the island. There are some amazing homes that are absolutely breathtaking and when it floods, the houses pretty much say “bring it bitch”. But with all its traquility, I would not live out there for fear of the mass of blood-sucking vampires. Unless you’re covered in 100% DEET, you’re dead. :)

  3. shaun in the hat says:

but what if I like DEET, and want to chill with a few bloodsuckers….?

  4. Jayme says:

The first thing I thought of was Lost Boys! And yeah, all the houses are on stilts. Weird. Not a DAMN thing for nite life out there either.

  5. Julia says:

I love Army created chemical products that keeps all the little buggers from leeching onto to me. I know that I’m not DEET sensitive and can flush the product out of my system which means I love DEET. As long as I have my 100% DEET, I’ll have some brews, talk some shit with a bunch of bloodsuckers (not mosquitoes, more on the lines of vampires). At sometime in our lives, we have wanted to be a vampire….admit it.

  • The author.Born in the year of the Dragon, the author grudgingly accepts the fact he has too many interests and not enough time. A cyclist as long as he can remember, an avid yet inconsistent writer since age eleven, and a U.S. Marine since age twenty-one, the author also adds web design, snowboarding, and motorcycles to his list of interests. Incidentally, he is aware of his inability to make a living from any but the Corps. The author accepts this as fact and remains optimistic. Feel free to drop him a line.
